Pole Connector Hardware for Wooden Curtain Rods. This pole connector is designed to connect two drapery poles when a longer rod is needed. All 1-3/8" smooth and reed design drapery rods come with a drilled hole at the end of the poles which works perfectly with this pole connector. Minimal assembly needed.
For more support, you can use a center bracket or hidden supports where the two poles connect.
