Beech Hardwood Boards
Beech is a strong, durable hardwood known for its fine, even grain and smooth texture. Its light cream to pale pinkish-brown color provides a clean, natural appearance, while its excellent strength and workability make it a versatile choice for both DIY projects and professional woodworking.
Our unfinished beech boards are available in two options:
- S4S (Surfaced Four Sides): Clean-cut and finished on all four sides, making the boards ready to use for DIY projects with minimal preparation.
- S2S1E (Surfaced Two Sides, One Edge): Smooth on two faces with one finished edge. This economical option is ideal for woodworkers who plan to further mill, shape, or customize the remaining surfaces and edges.
Beech Characteristics & Uses
