Shipping & Returns

In Store Pickup 

   Local customers in North Carolina are eligible to elect in-store pickup.  An e-mail will be sent out as soon as the order is ready for pickup.  Please pick up all orders within 14 days of receiving e-mail confirming order is ready.  Orders can be picked up in Raleigh at:

     We ship to all 48 continental United States.  Please contact us at 919-803-1330, option 3, regarding a quote for shipping products directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Canada.  

     We ship most products through the US Postal service or FedEx.  Larger motor-freight items are shipped by South-Eastern Freight Lines.  Based on the size of the product, some packages must go FedEx or South-Eastern Freight Lines in which a physical address is necessary to ship.

     When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the items in your cart, shipping dates may vary.  We will e-mail you with an estimated ship date if it will not ship within 3 business days of your order. 


Returns Policy

 Returns are no problem. Simply return the items you do not want to keep. Items can be returned with a full merchandise refund up to 45 days from date of order being shipped to your location.  Items must be in resalable condition. 

 If the item(s) were shipped to you, we will pay the return shipping costs if the result of the return is our error (incorrect or defective item).

 You should expect to receive your refund within a couple of weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

 Return shipping labels are available upon request and shipping charges incurred are deducted from the refund. All items should be in their original packaging. When returning a shipped item, please include a copy of your order receipt or include the order number to expedite processing.  You may contact us at 919-803-1330, option 3, to request a shipping label and regarding any questions about online order returns

Damage of Product During Shipment

   If the item was damaged during shipment, please provide the following: 

  1. Your order number
  2. A picture of the box/packaging as you received it
  3. A picture of the damaged item.
