White Pine Bevel Siding. This siding has a bevel with the butt side being 11/16" thick and the tapered side being 3/16" thick. Left rough on one side for a more rustic look. Graded a select knotty grade for the rough side. This grade does allow for knots, but knots should be tight and not as likely to fall out. Could have an occasional missing knot on the bevel side that will be covered upon installation. The back side is smoother, but is skip surface and can have more imperfections from milling. We DO NOT recommend using the smooth side as not all pieces will be perfectly smooth and this siding was made to use the rough side.
There could be small checks or cracks that occur naturally in softer wood. Installation tip: These small checks and cracks can be sealed with an exterior paint grade caulk after installation and before priming and painting.
Can be used exterior or interior. Available in a 6" or 8" wide board.
Sample pieces are for sizing only and may come clear, but the siding will have knots as this is a knotty grade.
It is recommended to prime and paint this bevel siding with exterior grade products. For harsher climates, we recommend using Classic Woodlife Wood Preservative, Sold Separately, on all sides then apply an exterior grade primer on all sides before installing. Then caulk and paint with an exterior grade top coat after installation.
Boards are sold in packs of 4.

PRODUCT NOTE: This is a siding that is graded for the rough side. Although the back side is usually smooth, it may be skip surfaced and have some patches that are rough. It is not recommended to us the smooth side.
