Kiln-Dried Cypress Lumber - One Face Rough / One Face Smooth
This Cypress board is kiln-dried and graded as Select & Better, featuring small knots averaging from pin knots up to under 1" in diameter. Each board has a rough face on the main face and smoothly finished on other side and edges. It is primarily graded for the rough face, while the smooth back face may exhibit some additional imperfections compared to the rough side.
Cypress wood, grown in the eastern United States, is renowned for its exceptional exterior durability thanks to the natural oils in its heartwood. These oils make it resistant to rot, decay, and insects. Ideal for outdoor and marine applications, cypress is commonly used in boat building, furniture, shutters, shingles, siding, and fence pickets.
Product Note: To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to acclimate the wood in the intended environment before installation. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct contact with concrete floors.

Not Exactly Clear
Out of 30 boards there were four that had knots in them and one of the boards had several long sections with voids. Since I am ripping them into 2-1/4” slats the knots and voids reduce my yield. Otherwise the product was excellent.
