Product Description
Post Top made from clear unfinished Western Red Cedar. Designed to sit flush on your post top with no lip. These post Tops are made to fit on top of a nominal 4x4 fence or deck post for a decorative finishing touch. Can come with or without a hole in top middle to add a decorative finial to the top.
Bases can be installed by applying an exterior caulk to the under-side or by simply nailing the post top with a finishing nail. To protect the post base, it is recommended to apply an exterior finish to all sides.
Due to Cedar wood being a natural product and having a large range of coloring, the wood could range from a brownish pink to a light cream.

Cedar post tops
I have just received so I can’t say about the longevity. They look well made and I just stained them before they are attached to the 4x4 posts. I like that they don’t extend out over the posts but fit flush with the posts. This company was the only place I could find this design.
