these brackets are great, very well made, sanded smooth as can be and ready for paint or stain. great price, shipped very quickly. no negatives for me. one reviewer mentioned the holes pre-drilled at an angle, but it was no issue for me. they installed just fine

Predrilled holes are at an angle

Posted by Inge on 24th Jan 2018

The brackets were just as described and expected BUT the predrilled holes were at an angle! So how would the enclosed anchors work? They would not be flush with the wall. I had to fill the holes and drill new holes to make it all work which was a lot of extra work and disappointing. This feature should have been included in the description.

    Great unfinished wood brackets

After searching and searching stores, and online to find unfinished wood brackets, I am so happy I found Total Wood Store. We stained them along with dowels and put them up. They look terrific.

    Great DIY bracket

It is hard to find a choice for brackets in the chain stores and even on line so I was delighted to find Total Wood Store. And then the finials on offer are really fantastic - my decorating will be really special thanks to these products.

    Perfect for my needs!

I have purchased a total of 12 of these brackets over the last year and do love them. I think they are pricey though; over $8 for a single bracket. Brackets are easy to install, easy to stain or paint
