Baltic Birch Plywood redi-cuts available in thicknesses up to a full 1" thick. This is an unfinished Baltic Birch whole-piece face veneer plywood usually graded B/BB. The front face is a B grade, no patches but may have an occasional blemish, pin knot or slight mineral streaking. The back face is a BB grade, allowing for small, matching color patches (football patch) in uniform white wood, pin knots or tight knots, slight mineral streaking. One piece face veneer on both B and BB faces.
Multi-ply ALL BIRCH solid inner plies. Constructed with Type 2 Hot Press Urea Resin Glue.
- Available thickness: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" 5/8" , 3/4" and a full 1"
- Available Sizes: 12" x 48", 12" x 60", 20" x 30", 24" x 48"
- Due to how the 5x5 full sheet is cut down, the 12"x48" and 12"x60" may have grain running the 12" direction instead of 48" or 60" direction. If you need the grain to run a specific way, please add a comment at checkout.

The Baltic Birch redi-cut plywood is cut down in 60"x60" sheets in our woodshop. Please allow 1/4"+/- variance in size to allow for saw blade cutting.

baltic birch redicut
Product shipped as expected. Material looked really good and will likely result in a fine looking end project. My only negatives: 1. The panels were dirty and smeared with black dust. It may be hard to remove. 2. Some of the saw cuts were splintered. Fortunately, I oversized a bit so those could be trimmed..

Hard to find the 15mm size these days and at at fair price—Total Wood had both and shipped fast and well-packed. The quality was great.

Happily surprised
First time buying, not my last. Great quality product. I was impressed with the packaging--corners were wrapped in foam-lined cardboard. Edges were well preserved. Both 2x4 pieces came in one cardboard box. Very few voids, if any, with clean face and back. Shipping was high but can't be avoided.

25 mm Baltic birch plywood
Great product. Well packaged. Hard to find 25 mm thickness. Worked great on my saw project.

Good product. Packaged well. The 2 sheets I received were slightly warped which was disappointing. Maybe I just expect too much, and all sheets suffer the same defect.

excellent baltic birch plywood!
I was very happy with how good this plywood turned out to be! Very clean looking with very little voids (I think I remember one) in it.

Better than local
Local "Baltic" Birch ply isn't at all. Way too many voids. This BB ply does have some very dark layers but no voids found so far. I would not use it for cabinets or furniture if the edge is to be exposed.
