This siding is ship-lapped to appear like board and batten. Left rough on one side for a more rustic look and is graded for the rough side. The rough side has a smooth approx. 1" channel between boards. Back side is double and center V edged. Can be used exterior or interior. Available in an 8" or 10" wide board.
Sample is for sizing only and may come clear, but actual siding will likely have knots.
This is an untreated Western Red Cedar siding. Cedar is naturally resistant to rot and decay. For harsher climates, we recommend using Classic Woodlife Wood Preservative, sold separately, on all sides then applying an exterior sealer or primer on all sides before installing.
