117 Pine Double Siding made with Yellow Pine. This siding is known for being used back in the early 1900's and is often used to restore historic homes and buildings. Great for restoration work of older historic locations or reconstruction of 19th to early 20th century siding appearance.

This siding has a rabbet in top back side to fit next piece. Measures 3/4" thick and is 5-3/8" wide.

Siding is an untreated pine siding in a C & better grade. The C & better grade is mainly clear, but allows for occasional small knots and wane. We recommend using Classic Wood Life Wood Preservative, sold separately, on all sides then applying an exterior sealer or primer on all sides before installing.

Boards are sold in packs of 4 in 6' and 7'10" lengths.

SHIPPING NOTE: Our longest length is 7'10" when shipping UPS or FedEx. Eight foot orders can be shipped motor freight with additional fees. If you would like this product shipped motor freight, please leave a note at checkout and we will contact you regarding the specific fees for your order based on your location. Average motor freight shipping on 8' material starts around $400.

Very happy, just finished talking to the customer waiting for the answer and how much she needs I'm thinking about eight 7 foot pieces but she'll have to make The call

    Double 3” wood siding

Posted by Earl Wengert on 28th Mar 2024

Stocked and shipped very quickly this hard to find old school wood siding for a cottage we are restoring in MI. There were other suppliers who wanted to charge a fee to run and then ship for much more and take much longer to ship than here. Thank you.

    Rare find

Posted by Unknown on 18th Sep 2021

I am repainting a home built in 1936 and this type siding was impossible to find locally. Shipping was a bit expensive but worth it considering. If I could afford it, I would replace all of it!
