Teak Hardwood Lumber Boards - Surfaced S4S (surfaced four sides) and kiln-dried. This board is more finished than our S2S1E boards and cut from our S2S material. Although surfaced, additional dressing and sanding of the boards may be needed to complete your project.
Teak, grown in Indonesian countries, is a strong hard wood with an oily feel. The color ranges from reddish golden brown to a rich brown with dark markings. Because of teak’s hardness, resistance to termites and natural oils, it is used for outdoor furniture, flooring and boat building.
The 8/4 thickness has been discontinued and available while supplies last.
If you would like a less finished board, please see our S2S1E Hardwoods.
