This is a plain sliced domestic Red Oak hardwood 48" x 96" sheet of plywood.
This plywood has a straight and open grain appearance with light tan to pale pink coloring.
Available in 1/4”, 1/2" and 3/4” thickness:
The 1/4” sheet is a A-3 grade.Front face is a clear and sanded smooth A grade. Back side will have the same or similar veneer that may contain visible seams, veneer joints, or filled knots of a 3 grade. The A grade side is the stainable side.
The 1/2" sheet is an B-2 grade. Both faces are B grade which is a smooth sanded and patch-free face with an occasional small blemish or mineral streaking. Both sides of this plywood are stain grade.
The 3/4” sheet is an B-2 grade. Both faces are B grade which is a smooth sanded and patch-free face with an occasional small blemish or mineral streaking. Both sides of this plywood are stain grade.
