Product and Capital City lumber
Product purchased was just as advertised. Outstanding quality. Capital City lumber, Kim to be specific was absolutely outstanding.

RB&B siding 12” OC
Ordered 8 sheets of siding. Picked them up and 3 of the 8 were slightly damaged and when I got them home to find one sheet was 8” OC. I traveled from an hour away to pick up so it wasn’t worth returning. I ended up paying for one sheet I couldn’t use. Note from TOTAL WOOD STORE: We strive to get the order accurate and packaged securely, but sometimes unforeseen things happen. Just let us know when this occurs and we'll do our best to make it up to you. When hand picking out material at store, as was the case here, it is recommended to double check material while loading up and before driving away.

Reverse Board n Batten
Communication and service was great. Kim was very helpful with information on the shipment as timing was pretty critical. We did have an issue with corners of the panels banged up as they were not well strapped to the pallet. Devliery of the material was done with a 3 ft lift gate and only a short pallet jack. The pallet was 8' long. This is on the shipper.
