Louvered Wooden Shutter Pair

Premium Custom Made Louvered Wooden Shutters, made in U.S.A. This is a two panel exterior louver shutter pair.  Made with clear unfinished white pine.  Fixed louvers are on top and bottom panels.  Same size panel on top and bottom.  This shutter is 1-1/16” thick.  It is recommended to prime and paint both sides of shutter with an exterior grade product prior to installation.  This shutter is not recommended for hinging and will void the warranty.  For shutters that can be hinged, please see the classic louver or panel shutters.  
 

Shutters are made as ordered.  Please allow 3-5 weeks for non-stock shutters and orders over 3 shutter pairs.

All louver shutters have the following Dimensions:

Side Stiles:        1-3/4”

Top rail:            1-3/4”

Center rail:        1-3/4”

Bottom rail:       3-5/8”

Thickness:         1-1/16”

Louver dimensions:  1/4” x 1-1/4” 

Comes in the following widths:
12”, 14” 16”, 18”, 20” and 22”

Comes in the following lengths:
37”, 39”, 43”, 47”, 51”, 55”, 59”, 63”, 67”, 71”, 75”, 79” and 81”

EXTEND the Life of your Shutter: 

• Failure of most wooden shutters is due to moisture getting into the top of the shutters, expanding the shutter stiles. Protect the top of your shutters with our Aluminum Shutter Caps (sold separately).  Looks great and gives your shutter a longer life!
• Coat your shutters with Woodlife Classic Preservative (sold separately) to protect against moisture, rot and decay.

Warranty There is a one year limited manufacturers warranty.  Must prime and paint with an exterior grade paint on all 6 sides prior to installing on house.
